We hope our customers are happy with every purchase made from us. However if you are not 100% satisfied because the item received is faulty or not as described then please read the conditions below and we will do our best to assist you. We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing the order as sizing charts and colour options are provided with every item and due to hygiene purposes there will be no exchange in size, colour or for another item.
Return Conditions: Faulty or not as described
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unsoiled
- Still in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- With all original tags and labels attached
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item to determine if the return policy conditions are met before processing any refund. We do not refund shipping costs.
Return Process: Faulty or not as described
We have a 7 day return policy starting from the date you receive your package. Requesting returns after the 7 days will not be accepted.
Please note the full return then refund process can take up to 4 weeks.
All return requests must be approved and assigned with a ticket number before shipping to the return address provided by our Customer Service Team.
To start the return process you must:
- Submit your return request via our Contact Us page
- State your order number with the return request via our Contact Us page
- State the reason for return. There is no return or refund made for change of mind.
- Wait for our Customer Service Team to assign you with a ticket number for your request
- Pack and return item with the ticket number to the return address supplied by our Customer Services Team
- Wait for Customer Services Team to verify your returned item meets our return conditions
- Refund will be issued to your credit card
